Hi, I would love a plan for lightening lane strategy when arriving after lunch. It is an extra hours day for us but not sure how long we will last. We are seniors. I do know I want to pick Remy on our 7 days out around 7:30 pm. Any tips for front of the park and Frozen.

I totally agree with Jonny here. I'll also add my extra evening hours Frozen hack. If you plan on watching Luminous, watch from Norway (it's actually one of my favorite spots to watch anyway.) I had great success turning around and practically walking on Frozen. They stop letting regular guests in at 9 so the LL and standby queues are pretty much gone by the end of the show.
The only difficult lightning lanes to get in Epcot are Remy and Frozen. If you're pre-booking Remy and not getting to the park until after lunch it's very unlikely you'll be able to get a Frozen LL. You can play the slots and you might get lucky, but if you have extra hours then just plan do that then.
If you want to do Mission Space then book that as one of your tier 2's as that can get popular, everything else is quite easy to book and you shouldn't have many issues booking them once you get there in the afternoon in the order you want.
