We will be starting our Disney trip in two weeks. My husband and older daughter like roller coasters (Seven Dwarves, Space Mt., etc), but my younger daughter and I do not. We are more Peter Pan, Haunted Mansion people. When scheduling LL do all four of us need to plan for the same rides? And if we are able to split up are there any pros or cons to doing so?
Thank you for sharing your vast Disney knowledge with us!
100% agree with Craig and the only thing I would add is that for really competitive Lightning Lanes, it is best to just go ahead and book for everyone and then cancel for the individuals who don't want to ride. The reason is that it can take a few secnds to manually choose your party and by that time, your competitive LL you were aiming for may be taken already. To cancel, just click on the cancel button and it will let you choose who all you want to cancel for. Hope you have a great time!
You can absolutely split up G+ reservations. When you choose one, you are given the opportunity to choose the members of your party who will go on a specific LL reservation. The only things to be aware of are rides you want to do as a group. Say you and your daughter have a Pooh LL for 3:00 but the rest of your party got one for Space Mountain at 7pm. You will probably have to use the 120 minute rule if you want to do an attraction as a group. Hope that wasn’t too confusing!
