It seems to me that the only really useful Mutlipass lightning lanes at Epcot are Remy and Frozen. If you are doing early entry at Epcot and entering via the international gateway, you should be able to do both those attractions before the park opens (based on the Ear Scouts video). The rest of the Multipass lightning lanes seem to have fairly short queues every time I check the app. So is there any reason to purchase Multipass? Am I missing something?

That is a REMY question - We did epcot and got everything EXCEPT Remy with no LL in 20 min or less waits - that includes Frozen around 15 min after park open. BUT Remy was never a short wait and frozen was long line a couple times that day too- luckily for me Remy makes me motion sick so it isn't a must do.
Hi Kiran! I’d say Multi Pass is only worth it at Epcot if you don’t have access to early entry or if you plan to park hop. As you mention, you can knock out Remy and Frozen early if you have EE and then the rest of the rides don’t really have super long waits if you time them right. That said, it’s a great value to get LL at Epcot if you plan to hop to MK because it is so much cheaper. We’ll have some LL strategy videos out soon and we’ll try to answer questions like this one.
I guess it comes down to your budget. I think I'd rather pay for the Guardians Individual lightning lane than MultiPass in Epcot currently.
Honestly, if you’re planning on rope dropping, you should be fine. Another thing to consider, however, is the fact there are no festivals right now. I wonder if Epcot is just unusually dead right now. Will find out soon though! Food & Wine starts in a week!
You make a good point, I guess if you wanted to do those rides more than once it could be worth it or once Test Track is back up and running (still a while away).
After Remy & Frozen, the next biggest is probably Soarin which never seems to bad for wait times.
