MK with girls 8,6,4,2 years old

what’s the best strategy for navigating a day with 4 litttle kids using Genie+ and early entry? Do we early entry rope drop Peter Pan and book jungle cruise as first LL? And more importantly (my main question of concern) is let’s says the first Jungle Cruise LL is for 11:00 for example, do you still book it and just stand in queues during early entry and try to do rides that way till my first LL for jungle cruise at 11;00 or do you not book it because of the 11;00 return time and instead rope drop Peter Pan and use genie plus on whatever rides are available early and worry about booking jungle cruise later on after we’ve done the other rides? Essentially, do you take the 11:00 jungle cruise LL, or do you say that’s to late and instead just use it for whatever rides have the earliest return times?

Hi Daniel! Great questions. Based on the info you provided, I am going to assume that no one in the group wants to ride Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or Space Mountain. While these rides are probably too much for your 2 and 4 year olds, they would be okay for some 6 and 8 year olds if you have more than one adult and can utilize rider switch. But lets assume you are not planning to do those, I would suggest booking Jungle Cruise first and doing Peter Pan during Early Entry as you suggested. If your return time is 11, I'd say that's just fine because there will be a lot of rides that you could enjoy with little to no wait that early in the morning. The alternative would be to play the Genie Slots and back the time up, but with that crew in tow, you might not want to do much criss-crossing of the park and Jungle Cruise is pretty far from Peter Pan. One more question. So MK is what we will do the first day. But then we will be doing Animal Kingdom on the second day (it will be a Sunday April 14). Obviously with all my 4 daughters being only 8,6,4,2 we won’t be doing flight of passage, or Everest, or kali river rapids etc. I think our focus is more to see animals, have fun, see shows and characters. So we will do Navi river ride, Kilimanjaro safari, the lion king show, the feather friends show, maybe meet Mickey, etc. So 1.) do you suggest Genie+ or do you think we will be fine without it (remember we are a party of 6 in total)., 2.) would we be ok not doing early entry if we don’t feel like waking up that early and also not having genie+ and just getting there for regular park opening time? 3.) or is it better to just have genie+ if we aren’t doing early entry? Would we still get into the Festival of Lion king shows without genie+? I feel like I’m more torn on “do or do I not need genie+” when it comes to animal kingdom (for MK it’s a no brainer I’m getting genie+ and I know at MK what rides to start with). Animal Kingdom seems to be less obvious as to if I need genie+ and what rides to do first and second with the kids.
