I agree with Craig's answer and the only thing I would add is that you can TRY to get the tme changed at Guest Relations if you have a legitimate reason why you were unable to ride at the time you booked (Disney transportation issues, delays caused by another attraction, etc) and they MAY help you out. No guarantees, but it is worth a try as a last resort.

No. I'm afraid you can't modify an ILL, but remember you do get to PICK your time So unless it's a very busy day and ILLs go fast, you should be fine.
