Girls trip with my adult daughters next week - I'm just not sure how much other park guests at early entry rope drop will back up the lines for us. We are off property so no early entry. We haven't been since early 2018 so all of Toy Story and Star War Lands are new and Remy is a priority at EPCOT.
HS (Tuesday 10/31) - Genie+ SDD at 7am, pay for ILL for ROTR, rope drop RnR and ToT
EPCOT (Wed 11/1) - Genie+ Remy at 7am, rope drop Test Track? Virtual Queue for GotG at 9am (maybe pay for ILL if we don't like VQ time)
MK (Fri 11/3) - Genie+ JungleCruise at 7am, rope drop BTMRR and PoC, Virtual Queue for Tron, pay for ILL for 7DMT and maybe also pay for Tron.
Curious to know how this strategy worked. It looked like a great plan and also thought Rob's advice to hit Soarin first instead of Test Track was right on.
Great strategy! Starting with thunder mountain in MK is good since that land isn't open to the early entry folks so you should be good there. I'm assuming you're coming in through the main gate at EPCOT? if so I would rope drop test track or Frozen (but sounds like Test Track may be more of the type of ride you and your daughters would want to prioritize). I would also say that if you don't want to pay for a ILL for 7dwarves (it's a nice ride for kids but i'm not sure everyone needs to prioritize, just based on preference) - if you want to save money and it's not that important to you i wouldn't do the ILL for 7Dwarves and take my chances with the line being short at the end of the night durring the fireworks. just a thought!
I think these are great strategies! The key is always to try and be as close to the front for when you are able to get in. I think these will work though. The Genie+ will be a definite help. I think for Epcot you will likely get a VQ time and won't have to pay for ILL as lately it hasn't been going as quickly as a few months ago even. Sounds like a great plan- let us know how it goes and have a great trip!!
Hi JillBoy! Your HS and MK plans are perfection. Those are exactly what I would recommend. At Epcot, remember that you book the VQ at 7am or 1pm (not 9am). I'd recommend rope dropping either Soarin' or Frozen. If you are at the front of the rope drop crowd, head for Frozen. Test Track will likely still be swamped because it is so close to the entrance and other attractions. Hope you have a great trip!
