Hello. Love your YouTube channels. Big Fan.
The last time we went to Disney is 2015. Everything has changed since. Now we will be staying at Coronado Springs April 24-30. I know there's a cheerleading competition taking place. With that said, we will be a family of 2 adults and an 11 years old daughter and a 5years old son. How crowded will that time of year be knowing that Easter and the spring break crowds should be mid march to mid April? I plan to use genie+ but will want to explore and enjoy the parks as well. Unfortunately our family "loves" to sleep so ropedrop will most likely not happen but I can get up bright and early to get genie+ ready for the day.
My plans are:
Wednesday arrive day. Rest day
Thursday: MK full day
Friday: spend a day at the broadwalk have a brunch at Beaches and Cream then go to Disney springs and explore then head back and have dinner at Coronado three bridges
Saturday: HS full day
Sunday: breakfast at Topolino. Rest day at Coronado pool. Then dinner at Storybrook with Snow White.
Monday: Epcot full day.
Tuesday: Brunch at Jaleo then flight back to reality.
Any changes in park days? Rest days? Anything wonder you suggest to explore? Thanks.
Hi Annie! I feel like crowds are impossible to predict these days, but I agree that later in April might be a good window of time since Easter and Spring Breaks should be wrapped up by then and the summer crowds won't have started arriving yet. My only suggestion would be to consider adding an Animal Kingdom day - it is our favorite park and tends to be a very relaxing day compared to the other three. There aren't as many atttractions and you can typically go at a slower pace and still do everything you'd like. Also, I would definitely recommend Genie for that Saturday at Hollywood Studios because the weekends bring in a lot of locals to the parks, especially during the slower times of the year when their APs are not blocked out and they know it will be less crowded. Hope you have a great trip!
