We noticed a new seasonal muffin was available at Trek Snacks this morning on a quick visit to Animal Kingdom and we are very glad we decided to give it a whirl. The Pumpkin Muffin is available for $4.29 and features a swirl of cream cheese and a cheesecake-like filling that is wonderfully rich and delicious. The muffin itself is the best we've yet had at Walt Disney World – very moist and full of warm fall spices.
We checked around a few spots where you can often find grab and go items like muffins, but the only place that had these this morning was Trek Snacks, which is attached to Thirsty River Bar near Expedition Everest. Although it's unclear how long this delightfully indulgent treat will be sticking around, we'd highly recommend it if you can catch it before it's gone.
