I have to agree with Rob on all of these - I went in September with a party of 5 - which included ME an annual pass holder - I only prebooked 3 days ahead each day - and got not great selections - BUT every day day of - I was able to modify into basically every ride we wanted EXCEPT... Slinky Dog - we could never get this - or Tower of Terror - Hollywood Studios seemed packed BOTH days we tried and those were just not options. The other parks we had no problem getting what we wanted! HOWEVER.... My mom commented I was ALWAYS on the phone - every lunch, line, break, show - I was refreshing and modifying to get the rides - I definitely think this is MORE phone time not less.

I would recommend reading the fine print - the refund policy for Costco is not as good as booking through Disney. I would check undercover tourist or AAA - they both had deals and had good refund policies.

REAL Talk - we used a huge discount for AP holders to stay at the contemporary this year - and I almost wished we hadn't - It was AMAZING!!!! If I had unlimited budget I would stay there EVERY TIME!! However because I am not expecting to stay there except every once in a while - I will say Coronado Springs - We have stayed there twice and for a couple with no kids - it just has so many options for food and lounges. The bus rides were easy and the rooms were super nice.

That is a REMY question - We did epcot and got everything EXCEPT Remy with no LL in 20 min or less waits - that includes Frozen around 15 min after park open. BUT Remy was never a short wait and frozen was long line a couple times that day too- luckily for me Remy makes me motion sick so it isn't a must do.

We went August 16th and at one point thought the park was CLOSED it was so empty in the morning - we did basically all of adventure and Frontier land and most of fantasy land before we left to rest up for the party that night at noon

Going sept 22 for my second time - with my mom and girls (there first time). I would love your opinion on staying in one place for the parade show fireworks and just doing those back to back

I have never had a problem getting a refund - Like Craig said - blue umbrellas can help if you are unsure - but Disney really does do the right thing. Have a wonderful trip !

First of all - Let me start with - HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE JOURNEY!!! This sounds like a real opportunity for family memories and stories for years and generations to come! What I would do is for the first 2 days is figure out what your parents CAN do and then do a lot of get them a coffee or something at the place they will need to be while the rest of you use G+ to go ride and come back - For Animal Kingdom - I would probably NOT rope drop - I would G+ Navi and get ILL for FOP in the same hour you got Navi - so you could do those together. The Santuli Canteen is a great place for people to wait and the drinks and food and environment are so beautiful. I assume your parents/aunt will do Navi and not FOP. Then you could G+ Dino and Everest (usually available hour of) and they could wait for you in Africa - and you could end the day by G+ the Safari - (if you have to wait for it - the bar there overlooks the music stage which is nice - or there is food. I would also do Lion King show if you can fit it in. This plan keeps them on one side of DAK - with the remaining crew doing major rides. MK - I would ask your parents what they WANT to see - and then for this half day focus on a slow relaxing view of that side - so like Tiki room, liberty boat, american president (air conditioned and easy things - on the left side) or People mover, carousel of progress, philharmagic, on right side - then if you think you are going to make it to fireworks - perhaps have the parents somewhere on a bench near the castle to hold your spot while you try to fit in some G+ of bigger rides? Hope this helps some

I am not going to hold my breath - but this is my daughter's (she is 24) favorite ride - I have a pic of her at 6 years old outside it and she still has the drumsticks she got from that trip - we go in September and this ride has been closed the last 2 times she has been - I am so hoping she gets to ride it.

It sounds like you will be one of our first people to try out Tiana’s on G+. If it is anything like slinky or Remy were it will be competitive for spots. I don’t think being a AP will put any problems in your plans - you just have to make a reservation for your first park and then you can do any genie things you want. I tried to rebook and it wouldn't let me - I wasn't sure what I am doing wrong.

We are going in August and hoping to do Tiana's and have tickets to Halloween Party - after doing Halloween party last year - I will say - we had ZERO time for rides - To do parade, fireworks, show, special characters and photo ops - We didn't have time for food or rides - so I have no idea how people will navigate a major new ride at the party

I am wondering if you already came back from this - because I was debating doing AK to Epcot in September with my family - and would love to know how it worked out. I am assuming I would need to get Navi and maybe Safari but the lines for the other items would be such I could stack in Epcot later in the day getting Frozen and Remy (Test Track will be closed when I am there)

So I recently got the corkcicle sling bag with the Mickey ears - mainly because I knew I would need to drink more water during a summer trip. It meant changing from my bigger backpack to this small bag - let me tell you it was awesome. I had the fuel rod instead of a heavy battery pack. A ziplock of ibuprofen and pepto tablets. Small sunscreen and wallet - I also switched to pair eyewear so my sunglasses are super thin snap ons. I loved this bag and my corkcicle was amazing at keeping drinks cold! Bag in picture
